The spherical holder is a very versatile and easy to use tool, which has been developped to facilitate assembly operations, production or maintenance of equipment or of part of it, whenever is required to have continueous movements, positioning and rotations in the space, but having the piece firmly attached to a stable working station. The holder is adjustated by means of a pneumatic system driven by a pedal. On the holder might be positioned all the tools needed by the opterator. On the front body of the spherical holder are situated three screws which increase or reduce the breaking action on the unlocked sphere, avoiding involuntary movement of the piece to be worked, which is linked to the sphere. In this sense only a manual operation by the worker, with the sphere in the unlocked position, will move the piece to be worked. The special heat treatments, to which the high quality materials are subjected, makes this equipment long lasting in time without necessity of particular and considerable ammount of maintenance. The very simple design and the versatility of the spherical holder enables different configurations and the application of any option tools, also compatible between themselves. Infact using a double spherical holder it will be possible to have a rotation of 180°. The dimentions and standard configuration showed by catalogue are merely indicative and might be changed according to peculiar customer's production needs. The structure does not present free moving parts, which might cause demages to the user and therefore no specific safety devices are need.
