PUNCHING - RIVETING

Punching/riveting machine has been developed to allow the jointing of aluminium section bar using flat countersunk rivets head (undersized and not)

This system has several applications: window and door frames, delivery van, road signs, panels, flat sheet metal and manufactured articles in general.

Working cycle includes the punching phase of work pieces, the insertion of the rivet in the hole and the riveting.

This specific riveting system allows a great flatness between the head of the rivet and work-piece. The result will be almost invisible at human sight.

Work pieces are always blocked in place during working cycle in order to avoid any slipping of the pieces.

The automatic working cycle is managed and controlled by PLC system.
