RIVETING MACHINE PROGE02
PROGE02 is an innovative very powerful automatic riveting machine. Highly
evolved from a technological standpoint, it's environmentally friendly and
conforms to EC certification standards. PROGE02
peculiarity is the power, which grants high quality riveting especially
on high thickness products; therefore it is fitted to work with any diameter
of rivet up to a maximum diameter of 12 mm. of aluminium alloy or 10 mm.
of stainless steel or copper.
Thanks to the structure of the machine and to its versatility, the PROGE02
can be easily fitted and re-configured, in a very short time, according
to the different applications and products to be riveted.
Special jigs and other technical solutions allow the machine to be operated
even by unskilled workers. The riveting machine can be equipped with a dedicated
centring device, thus to grant a correct positioning of the piece to be
riveted: this device enables to minimize human error and avoid production
rejects.
Various operating and control devices support complete automation of the
production process.
The use of high quality, standard parts and components readily available
on the market, make all routine maintenance and servicing operations extremely
quick, easy and low cost.
Appropriate protections and safety devices on the machine warrant the health
and safety of the operator in his work place. Acoustic comfort is given
by remarkably low working noise level, which is well below the minimum level
required by safety standards.
